In-Process & Finished Goods Monitoring: Conduct routine line checks, sensory evaluations, and physical/chemical testing during and after production to guarantee product consistency.
Compliance & Certification Management: Maintain, update, and enforce daily compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards across the facility.
Audit Readiness & Support: Lead internal quality audits and actively assist in preparing the facility for external inspections by regulatory authorities and third-party auditors.
Non-Conformance & CAPA Management: Identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products or processes, conducting root-cause analyses to implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Customer Complaint Investigation: Investigate customer quality complaints promptly, coordinate technical findings, and report resolution strategies to the management team.
Hygiene & Sanitation Oversight: Monitor plant-wide hygiene, equipment sanitation schedules, and pest control programs to ensure a pristine manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a QAQC role within the food manufacturing.
