• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and quality plans to ensure all raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final chemical products strictly meet specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections, laboratory testing, and technical evaluations to identify product defects, process deviations, and batch inconsistencies.
• Lead cross-functional root cause investigations (8D, 5-Why) for non-conformances and customer complaints, executing robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Track, analyze, and report on quality performance metrics and trends using statistical process controls to drive continuous process and product improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to enforce quality standards, resolve supplier defects, and align on outsourced requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, safety-aligned operational support, and mentoring to production staff and junior engineers to foster adherence to quality protocols.
