- Formulate and execute growth strategies aligned with market opportunities and organizational goals.
- Maintain complete P&L accountability, driving revenue targets, budgeting, forecasting, and financial discipline.
- Track key operational metrics and deliver data-driven business reviews to executive leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services) to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Champion a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all managed site operations.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team spanning site operations, engineering, and management.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and continuous capability development across the workforce.
- Serve as the principal strategic partner and senior escalation lead for key client accounts.
- Build enduring client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds all contractual obligations.
- Drive organic business growth by expanding service offerings, cross-selling, and upselling within existing accounts.
- Lead bid and tender submissions, commercial reviews, and strategic presentations in partnership with commercial growth teams.
- Manage vendor and procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Report directly to the Country Business Unit Director while remaining accountable to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on experience.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive Facilities Management experience, with a proven track record in multi-site or multi-client portfolio operations and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated capability in leading, coaching, and retaining high-performing operational and engineering teams.
- Solid background in Integrated Facilities Management, SLA/KPI delivery, vendor management, and statutory/QHSE compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive operational matters effectively.
- Strong leadership drive with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving positive operational and financial outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; hands-on familiarity with CMMS or CAFM systems is an added advantage.
