Our client is seeking a Record to Report (RTR) IT Business Analyst to collaborate closely with IT Product Owners and Global Finance teams. You will focus on key finance topics—including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Planning & Analysis—while primarily supporting SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business ByDesign. You will also play a key role in implementing a new Financial Reporting and Planning solution (OneStream) to drive business value across global operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions in ERP systems and multiple third-party applications.
Collaborating with the business to define processes, develop system requirements, design prototypes, and test custom technology solutions.
Working on system upgrades to ensure better reliability across integrated third-party systems.
Supporting daily operational topics, requests, and incidents via the ServiceNow ticketing platform.
Applying a user-centric and customer-centric approach to implement advanced tools and services for global finance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (a PhD is an added advantage).

Skills

At least 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in an SAP ERP 6.0 environment and/or S/4HANA.
Core experience in Finance areas such as General Ledger, Assets, Controlling, and Financial Reporting & Planning.
Experience in tax reporting and technical skills in ABAP are considered additional advantages.
Strong ability to work closely with global finance teams to define process requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Good command of spoken and written English, with the willingness to grow in a multicultural working environment.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to knowledge sharing, a strong drive for success, and a high level of commitment to the role.
