• Oversee the entire lifespan end to end project management and utilise knowledge of civil, structural for the projecrs.
• Liase with external design consultants, main contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Identify and rectify Civil & Structural matters on site.
• Perform meticulous reviews of structural schematics and shop drawings to preemptively resolve spatial clashes or architectural discrepancies.

• Critically evaluate the construction methods, logistical layouts, and operational sequences proposed by contractors.
• Project documentation, planning and cost-control.

• Provide expert technical direction on heavy civil packages, including deep foundations (bored piling, retaining systems), complex reinforced concrete structures, and macro-level township utilities (roads, drainage, and service networks).
• Analyze field conditions and geotechnical data dynamically to authorize safe, code-compliant adjustments on the ground.
• Conduct rigorous daily site walkthroughs to audit structural integrity, enforce safety protocols, and resolve engineering bottlenecks in real time.
