you will lead end-to-end operational resource allocation and module planning to achieve corporate growth targets.

Direct total assembly and test resource strategies to balance long-term operational capacity with revenue goals.
Manage short-term capacity schedules and volume allocations to fulfill market demand commitments.
Lead a team of planning professionals, overseeing budget allocation, capital expenditure, and performance development.
Collaborate with finance, quality, and engineering functions to optimize resource utilization and operational key performance metrics.
Implement capacity planning software and analytical models to mitigate supply chain disruption risks.

Minimum ten years of experience in supply chain planning within a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
At least three to five years of proven experience managing and developing medium-sized operational teams.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
