Technical Excellence: Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated web applications utilizing PHP 8.x and the Laravel framework.
Team Leadership: Devote 30% of your bandwidth to team management, including conducting rigorous code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and refining internal engineering workflows.
Full-Stack Integration: Collaborate on modern frontend architectures using either React or Vue.js to ensure seamless user experiences.
Product Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Innovation: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence capabilities and LLM-based features into our core product offerings.
Professional Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a demonstrable mastery of the PHP ecosystem.
Framework Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Laravel, including deep knowledge of Eloquent ORM, service containers, and asynchronous task processing.
