about the job
- Oversee day-to-day facade installation activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Inspect delivered materials and installed facade systems for defects, ensuring alignment, proper sealing, and waterproofing integrity.
- Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies. Maintain a safe working environment, especially for high-rise and external architectural works.
what you need to succeed
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on site supervision experience specifically within the facade, architectural cladding, or aluminium and glazing industry.
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Possess a valid CIDB Green Card (Safety Supervisor/Site Safety certifications are a major plus).
