On behalf of our clients, we are seeking experienced and proactive Site Supervisor (Interior Design) professionals. In this role, you will be the key person on the ground, ensuring that interior design concepts are executed flawlessly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site operations for residential and/or commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring strict adherence to design drawings.

• Trade Coordination: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, and vendors to ensure seamless project workflows.

• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials regularly to maintain high standards and minimize hand-over defects.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with building regulations and site-specific house rules.

• Reporting: Act as the bridge between the site and the office, providing regular progress updates and photos to Project Managers or Designers.
