about the job

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring highly tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to optimize learning outcomes for neurodivergent students.
• Delivering comprehensive evidence-based early intervention strategies, modifying standard curriculum delivery, and tracking behavioral and academic progress data.
• Actively managing classroom behaviors professionally, establishing sensory-safe environments, and responding effectively to complex student escalations.
• Collaborating with parents, multidisciplinary teams (speech therapists, psychologists), and academic faculty to ensure an integrated, wrap-around support system for every child.
