In this role, you will work directly with middle and high school students to coach them beyond academics—focusing on personal development, building resilience, honing soft skills, and helping them articulate their unique personal narratives for top school applications.

... - Deliver tailored 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions focused on student readiness, soft skills, and personal growth.
- Conduct mock interviews, refine personal statements/essays, and guide students through all aspects of school application prep.
- Help students identify their passions, build leadership skills, and manage both academic and extracurricular commitments.
- Design and deliver interactive workshops and training modules for both students and parents.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance student mentoring frameworks and readiness programs
requirements
- Experience: Proven experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching middle and high school students (e.g., as a College Counselor, Student Leadership Coordinator, or Residential Life Mentor).
- International Mindset: Graduate from a top global university or experience working within international/multicultural school settings.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English with strong verbal, written, and interview prep capabilities.

- Location: 100% Remote (Flexible 40-hour work week)
- Schedule Note: Because we support global families across multiple time zones, this role frequently involves evening and weekend commitments. High self-discipline and schedule autonomy are required.
