about the job

As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will align assembly and test operational capacity requirements with regional customer demand projections.

• Coordinate capital planning requirements and capacity allocations across regional manufacturing facilities.
• Direct monthly capacity forecast cycles to eliminate production bottlenecks and fulfill delivery targets.
• Formulate action plans for testing capacity conversion, cycle time reduction, and equipment roadmap deployments.
• Partner with engineering and business management teams to determine equipment movement and loading priorities.
• Evaluate manufacturing capacity models and device sourcing attributes to optimize resource utilization.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum two to five years of experience in capacity planning, production control, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Functional understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, capacity models, and equipment loading logic.
• Applied proficiency in enterprise planning applications, statistical analysis tools, and numerical spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline.
