• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement execution, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

• Production & Planning: Coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.

• Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing holding costs and waste.

• Vendor & Logistics Management: Monitor supplier performance and manage local/international logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement lean practices to improve operational efficiency.

skills and experience required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 experience in supply chain operations, specifically within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of production planning, material management, and inventory control.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
