about the job
In close collaboration with the finance, accounting, consolidation and finance transformation departments,
this role will be responsible for assisting and taking charge of the Group Tax Pillar 2 reporting.
Tax Accounting:
• In conjunction with the Group's consolidation department, contribute to the improvement of the
quality of the Group's tax reporting process to ensure that the information is consistent and meets
the requirements of tax and tax reporting.
- Digital & Analytics: actively support reporting strategy and contribute to the improvement
of the reporting package in terms of simplification and user experience
- Training of internal teams
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments such as, the accounting
teams in HO, RO, GBS and in the jurisdiction where the Group is present, as well as
consolidation and HO/RO tax teams.
Tax Pillar 2:
• Preparing for Pillar 2 requirements: contributing to and driving the evolution of tax reporting to
meet the new requirements.
• Support the progressive implementation of Pillar 2 within the Group, in close collaboration with
the GBS, HO, local or regional contact points.
• Oversee the calculation of the effective tax rate of jurisdictions/subsidiaries in Pillar 2 dedicated
tool in the Group consolidation tool environment, and when applicable.
• Contributes to the collection of Pillar 2 required data with group entities.
• Contributes to the calculation of Pillar 2 safe harbor / top-up tax.
• In connection with the Group's accounting teams, strengthen the follow-up of deferred tax issues.
Requirements:
Education : Recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit
Experiences : 4 years accounting, finance or audit experience in Public Accounting firms and/or commercial
Skills Sets : Strong technical skills in tax accounting, IFRS and consolidation
Desired Competencies (Typical):
• High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good skills/experience in information systems
• Analytical and meticulous for details
• Communicate effectively with all level’s personnel
• Team-oriented
• High focus on task closure and delivery of quality and timely output
Desired Competencies (nice to have):
• Skill set and knowledge in process improvement by using digitalization and AI initiatives
