Maintain Data & Asset Integrity; Oversee, update, and audit comprehensive documentation
Coordinate Scheduling & Operations
Ensure Financial & Billing Accuracy; Verify LOA (Letter of Authorization) details and assist with internal administrative tasks like OPEX budget tracking and maintenance contract renewals
Reporting & Prepare periodic internal and customer-facing reports

skills and experience required

Minimum 1 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Telecom facilities
Proficiency in MS Office, web-based ticketing systems, and Change Management Systems.
Strong understanding of basic contract administration, billing verification, or asset tracking.
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
High level of attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
