As a Technical Sourcing Senior Engineer, you will align supplier strategies with purchasing demands to optimize material sourcing and supply chain performance.

• Direct material sourcing activities for fabrication parts, standard components, and custom modules.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and execute quarterly business reviews alongside cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and lead-time commitments to achieve continuous cost reduction targets.
• Maintain enterprise purchasing records, source lists, and supplier database integrity.
• Partner with supply partners on process improvement projects to support zero-defect programs.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum five years of experience in purchasing, engineering, or procurement engineering, preferably within capital equipment manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of machining processes, fabrication techniques, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Hands-on proficiency operating enterprise resource planning systems and spreadsheet analytics.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional project leadership capabilities.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
