The Role
Depending on your level of seniority, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s strategic initiatives, leading complex client engagements, and shaping the future of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable strategic insights and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Build, maintain, and expand strong, long-term client relationships.
- Business Development (For AD/Director levels): Drive go-to-market strategies, identify new business opportunities, lead proposal developments, and contribute significantly to the firm’s revenue growth.
- Practice Development & Innovation: Contribute to the development of thought leadership, new consulting frameworks, and innovative service offerings.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams of consultants and senior consultants. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven and relevant experience within a Management Consulting or Advisory firm is strictly required.
- Big 4 Advantage: Candidates with a strong background from the Big 4 or top-tier strategy consulting firms will be highly preferred.
- Flexibility & Growth: We welcome high-performing Assistant Managers who possess the readiness, maturity, and capability to step up into a Manager role.
- Diversity: This role is open to both local Malaysian talents and Expatriate candidates who possess the right consulting pedigree.

Offer Details
- Salary Budget: Up to RM 25,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and the level of the role applied for (Manager, AD, or Director).
- Location: Malaysia (Open to local and expatriate candidates).
