Known for quality engineering and world-class manufacturing standards, they are seeking a driven and analytical Yield Engineers to optimize production performance and elevate product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze production data to identify key opportunities for process optimization and yield improvement.
Process Design & Enhancement: Design and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, boost throughput, and minimize material waste.
Troubleshooting & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide ongoing technical guidance to production teams.
Quality & Process Control: Develop and maintain process control systems, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and operational compliance.
Performance Reporting: Document, track, and report on process performance while actively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative engineering solutions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in process engineering or yield engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with process control systems, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to drive tangible process enhancements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effective teamwork and a commitment to continuous learning.
