They are seeking a skilled Application Process Engineer to drive process optimization, execute customer samplings, and deliver critical application support for tier-1 semiconductor and electronics clients across the region.

- Design experiments, collect data, and characterize hardware on thin-film deposition and plasma processing systems.
- Run client-specific sampling trials and support business units in transferring new processes to customer fabs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to solve moderately complex process and equipment failures using data tools like Pareto charts.
- Measure thin-film properties, interpret characterization data, and collaborate with R&D to refine next-gen system hardware.

- Master’s Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3+ years in semiconductor equipment manufacturing (OEM) or foundry process environments.
- Hands-on experience with Thin Film Technology (PVD, PECVD, or Plasma Physics) and metrology equipment. Reactive/metal sputtering or ICP etch experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Minitab and MS Office; Python or Visual Basic scripting is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with the ability to travel on short notice across Asia and to Europe for training/tech transfers.
