The Studio Operations Manager / Office Coordinator serves as the central anchor for the Kuala Lumpur studio. This standalone role blends day-to-day office operations, vendor management, executive travel logistics, project document administration, and cross-border administrative support for the head office in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio & Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations for the TTDI studio, including vendor sourcing, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and building management liaison. Assist in coordinating the initial studio fit-out and setup.
- Executive & Travel Support: Coordinate calendars, international/domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries for visiting Australian partners and local team members.
- Project & Authority Administration: Maintain project document registers, consultant contact lists, and administrative schedules for local authority submissions (such as DBKL/BOMBA).
- Accounts & Corporate Admin: Verify supplier invoices, manage petty cash, process expense records, and liaise with external accountants and company secretaries.
- Cross-Border Operations: Provide administrative and workflow assistance to the Australian office to ensure seamless cross-border coordination.

You will report directly to the Directors and Principals based in Australia while working closely with a local KL studio team. The team environment is casual, supportive, and focused on design delivery. Because senior leadership operates remotely from Australia, you will be trusted with high daily autonomy to run the studio independently and solve operational challenges proactively.
