● Conduct simulation-based training (BLS, ACLS, trauma management, resuscitation skills).
● Develop teaching materials, OSCE stations, assessments, and exam questions.
● Participate in curriculum development and programme enhancement activities.
● Mentor students and supervise research projects and academic work.
● Contribute to research, publications, conferences, and academic development.
● Support accreditation, faculty administration, and emergency medicine training initiatives.
skills and qualifications
● Medical degree (MBBS) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
● Master's degree / specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent.
● Strong decision-making, leadership, communication, and teaching skills.
● Registered with MMC with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is highly prefferred.
● National Specialist Register (NSR) in Emergency Medicine is highly preferred.
● Experience in simulation-based medical education.
● Active involvement in research and academic publications.
● Experience with MQA accreditation processes and curriculum design.
