Board & Committee Support: Coordinate and provide comprehensive secretarial support for Board, Exco, Management Committee, and General Meetings, including the preparation of board papers and the dissemination of key decisions.
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act 2016, CMSA 2007, and MCCG by preparing and reviewing statutory documents, Annual Reports, and AGM/EGM materials.
Statutory Records & External Liaison: Maintain statutory books, corporate registers, and entity masterlists, while liaising closely with the outsourced company secretary firm to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
Corporate Governance & Verification: Oversee the Corporate Compliance Program and verify the accuracy of corporate information in audited financial statements, regulatory submissions, and corporate exercise documents prior to authority submissions.

about the requirements

Possess 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience specifically gained within a corporate secretarial firm.
Must be a registered and certified Company Secretary with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
