Key Responsibilities
Systems Commissioning and Configuration
- Execute the installation and deployment of automated machinery in strict accordance with engineering schematics and technical specifications.
- Perform preliminary evaluations and rigorous inspections to verify operational integrity and regulatory safety compliance.
Diagnostics, Testing, and Troubleshooting
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, performance validation protocols, and technical troubleshooting for advanced automation systems.
- Analyze and remediate complex technical anomalies across mechanical, electrical, and control system architectures.
Technical Documentation and Reporting
- Document meticulous and exhaustive records regarding commissioning phases, diagnostic outcomes, and equipment operational metrics.
- Author formal commissioning reports and structured technical dossiers for internal governance and client review.
Quality Assurance Frameworks
- Guarantee absolute alignment with established quality assurance frameworks and procedural standards throughout the verification lifecycle.
- Actively engage in organizational quality enhancement initiatives and contribute to iterative process optimization strategies.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to mandated occupational safety protocols and statutory regulations during all operational phases.
- Identify and expeditiously escalate potential hazards or regulatory non-compliance issues to leadership.
Professional Qualifications and Core Competencies
- Education: Possession of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the commissioning, validation, and diagnostic troubleshooting of automation infrastructure, with a preferred background in Photovoltaic (PV) or high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese language (both spoken and written) is required to liaise effectively with key stakeholders and technical teams based in China.
- Technical Skills: Advanced comprehension of electro-mechanical systems, encompassing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial motors, sensory networks, and actuation mechanisms.
- Schematic Literacy: Proficient capability in deciphering complex engineering schematics, blueprints, and highly technical reference documentation.
- Soft Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capacity for seamless collaboration within cross-functional team environments.
