In this role as Plant Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end facility operations to drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Direct daily operational functions to maintain output, delivery timelines, and efficiency metrics
- Lead, mentor, and organize production teams to foster high standards of workplace discipline and performance
- Execute continuous improvement strategies focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and cost control
