Our client, a leading International School group, is looking for a strategic General Manager. You will be responsible for leading the operations team to provide efficient support for the schools while providing strategic leadership in formulating and executing growth strategies.

Lead internal school operations, align departmental goals with long-term organizational strategy, and foster strong collaboration between administrative teams and expatriate academic staff.
Oversee annual budget preparation, monitor financial performance against spend, enforce strict internal accounting controls, and streamline purchasing functions.
Manage workforce planning, drive ICT process efficiency, and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, government guidelines, and accreditation bodies.
Oversee facilities maintenance, infrastructure development projects, and health, safety, security, and environmental risk policies.

qualifications & experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or Professional Qualification preferred).
Extensive experience in senior-level operations management.
Proven track record within a reputable International School/Higher Education environment OR a fast-paced MNC with a focus on service delivery and complex stakeholder management.

Experience managing global/international stakeholders.
Strong background in managing multi-functional areas (Finance, HR, ICT, Facilities).
Ability to report directly to C-suite and Board levels.
