about the job
As the Global Project Specialist, you will spearhead medium-budget, high-complexity process initiatives from the pilot phase through to full regional rollouts across the Asia Pacific and beyond. You will act as the critical bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring the seamless harmonization of supply chain operations, resource steering, and master data management.
- Lead and steer complex global projects for transactional processes, focusing heavily on PMO functions and resource allocation.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and harmonize project activities across global, regional, and local sites to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Identify strategic process requirements for all stakeholders and ensure structured handovers to the respective Process Owners.
- Drive content-focused change management, acting as the primary consultant for master data structures and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate rigorous data validation activities and lead cross-functional discussions to drive project closures prior to system go-lives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status updates to executive stakeholders and the project steering committee.
- Oversee the coordination and development of country-specific training materials (Handbooks) to ensure smooth regional communication and operational readiness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of established experience in Project/Change Management, PMO, and Process Optimization (experience within the supply chain sector).
- Proven ability to navigate high-complexity, cross-functional global setups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult effectively at various organizational levels.
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams operating across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific time zones.
