This role combines strategic process design with hands-on operational performance management. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain services.

Core Responsibilities by Seniority
- Workflow Analysis: Map, evaluate, and benchmark end-to-end business operations to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Service Architecture: Design, re-design, and optimize supply chain service models based on business demands and regulatory requirements.
- SAP Workflow Harmonization: Leverage SAP (SD or TM or MM modules) to drive system enhancements, automation, and digital solutions in partnership with DevOps and IT technical teams.
- KPI & Metric Tracking: Design, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate baseline performance and project impact.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to diagnose systemic operational issues and implement sustainable corrective action plans.
- Reporting: Deliver clear performance insights, executive summaries, and action plans to senior management.

skills or experience required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline (SAP Certification is a plus).
- Proven track record in driving project execution, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Mandatory strong expertise in SAP SD or TM or MM modules.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience utilizing non-conformance and KPI reporting systems.
