An established Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions provider
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Product Leadership: Drive the development and growth of domestic logistics solutions, including warehousing, last-mile distribution, and technology-enabled freight services. Adapt regional business objectives into commercially viable products tailored to local market demands.
People Management & Capability Building: Oversee and develop a cross-functional team of seven covering product management, pricing, market intelligence, and marketing. Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and a performance-driven environment.
Commercial Performance & Pricing Strategy: Monitor product profitability and market competitiveness through data-driven analysis. Develop pricing frameworks and commercial strategies that balance customer needs, revenue growth, and margin sustainability.
Sales Support & Business Development: Enhance the effectiveness of the sales function by improving sales processes, supporting proposal and tender submissions, developing sales tools, and optimizing customer journey touchpoints.
Brand, Marketing & Market Engagement: Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand visibility, drive demand generation, and position the company as a thought leader within the logistics sector.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure product offerings remain operationally feasible, commercially attractive, and aligned with customer expectations.
Requirements
Industry Background: At least 8 years of professional experience within logistics, transportation, express delivery, e-commerce fulfilment, or supply chain-related industries, including a minimum of 3 years leading teams within commercial, product, or operational functions.
Bilingual Communication: Strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with regional stakeholders and reporting to international business counterparts.
Systems & Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience working with logistics and business management platforms such as WMS, TMS, LMS, CRM systems, or other technology solutions that support commercial and operational performance.
Leadership & Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, collaborative, and willing to take ownership beyond defined responsibilities when required.
Notice Period: Candidates who are available immediately or able to join within a short timeframe are preferred. The company is also open to considering notice period buyouts for suitable candidates.
Open to both local and expatriate candidates who are professionally fluent in Mandarin
