• Teaching & Engagement: Maintain a light teaching load, delivering high-quality instruction while fostering student growth.

requirements

• Proven track record in a senior academic leadership role (Head of Secondary / Vice Principal) in an international school setup.
• Deep understanding of the IGCSE framework.
• Strong working knowledge of international safeguarding, child protection standards, and pastoral care practices.
• Experience working in overseas international schools is strongly preferred.
