about the job
In this global standalone technical role, you will take full ownership of the group's global HR information system (SAP SuccessFactors), supporting several thousand employees globally. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will serve as the core functional and technical subject matter expert responsible for system maintenance, troubleshooting, process optimization, and global stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, system configuration, user support, and operational maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors across all international entities.
- Manage core module workflows, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Core HR master data architecture.
- Troubleshoot system glitches, manage ticket resolutions, and liaise directly with external software service providers and technical consultants for system updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with European HQ, regional HR teams, and global stakeholders to align HRIS functionalities with global business strategies.
- Maintain strict data governance, ensure data integrity across all business units, and generate standard/custom system analytics and reports for executive leadership.
- Provide user support and functional guidance to internal HR users across various countries and technical proficiency levels.
about the requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of dedicated HRIS or HR Operations experience with heavy systems exposure in an international or multinational setup.
- Proven hands-on technical proficiency in administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solid understanding of HR master data management, employee lifecycle processes, and data quality/governance principles.
- Strong capability in reporting, data analysis, and advanced MS Excel; experience with Power BI reporting.
- Exposure to Role-Based Permissions (RBP), custom workflows, data imports, system integrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly valuable.
- High autonomy with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills across different time zones.
