As a Lead Data Scientist, you will hold a dual responsibility of technical leadership and team management. You will oversee the end-to-end development of advanced predictive models while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Technical Leadership: Architect, build, and deploy robust statistical models and traditional machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Project Management: Own the data science lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous professional growth.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business heads to identify high-value opportunities for predictive analytics and data optimization.
Statistical & Machine Learning Expertise:
Deep mastery of Traditional Machine Learning techniques and workflows.
Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
Hands-on experience executing advanced analytical methodologies, including:
Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.)
Classification techniques
Time-series forecasting
Leadership & Soft Skills:
People Management: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior/mid-level data scientists, conduct code reviews, and guide career progression.
