merchandiser/senior merchandiser (retail fashion).

We are looking for a commercially minded Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser (Fashion) to join the well known fashion brand team and play a key role in driving product and category performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage merchandising and assortment plans based on sales trends, customer demand and business objectives.
• Analyse sales, stock, margin and inventory performance and provide recommendations to improve commercial results.
• Support seasonal range planning, product selection and assortment optimisation.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for replenishment, markdowns and stock balancing.
• Work closely with Buying and Planning teams on sales forecasts, OTB, stock levels and inventory planning.
• Manage product allocation and replenishment across stores and/or channels to maximise sales opportunities.
• Track category and SKU performance and prepare regular merchandising reports and business analysis.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and improve product assortment.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to support product launches, promotions and commercial initiatives.
