In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, network dispatch, and transit performance across the regional distribution ecosystem.
- Coordinate daily freight movements and linehaul capacity across internal transport resources and external logistics vendors to maintain delivery continuity.
- Monitor real-time transit milestones and operational dashboards to identify bottlenecks, reduce dwell times, and uphold service level agreements.
- Administer cross-border freight compliance, including customs clearance workflows, transport documentation, and proof-of-delivery reconciliation.
- Investigate delivery anomalies and transit disruptions, conducting root cause assessments to execute timely corrective actions and recovery solutions.
- Optimise dynamic resource deployment across vehicles, personnel, and distribution facilities to manage volume fluctuations and peak operational periods effectively.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field of study.
- Prior experience in land transportation coordination, freight dispatching, or logistics quality monitoring.
- Practical familiarity with transport management systems, digital tracking tools, or cross-border shipping documentation.
- Strong competence in spreadsheet applications for data compilation, operational reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate liaison with cross-border partners and Mandarin-speaking operational stakeholders.
