This role drives product marketing strategies, technical advisory, and market penetration for premium industrial hardware and control solutions. You will bridge vendor capabilities with client needs to accelerate solution adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to expand market share for drive, power, and motion control solutions.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert, advising sales teams and clients on system architectures and product applications.
- Collaborate with key principal vendors to align local demand, market insights, and product strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to identify new segment opportunities and build targeted go-to-market plans.
- Evaluate client application requirements to recommend optimized and customized hardware solutions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation product marketing or technical sales.
- Solid technical background in low/medium voltage drives, power products, and motor control systems.
- Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to collaborate across sales and vendor networks.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation for client and principal engagement.
