As a Production/Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive operational efficiency and elevate overall product quality across production processes.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to optimize operational workflows and lower overall costs
- Partner with cross-functional technical teams to support smooth daily production and timely product delivery
- Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean frameworks to reduce waste and boost productivity
- Conduct root cause analyses to resolve production issues, improve equipment efficiency, and minimize downtime
- Prepare technical documentation including standard operating procedures and process flow charts

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience within a manufacturing engineering function
