- Lead a team that comprises administrative staff, security personnel, housekeepers, and drivers.
- Monitor operational budget and expenses.
- Carry out periodic visits and audits on the company’s properties, vehicles, and security requirements.
- Resolve issues and seek management direction on any matters pertaining to operational requirements.
- Responsible to monitor and assign staff working schedules.
- Ensure the team members are observing the highest standard of services and deliverables.
- Handle additional assignments including special requests, errands, and any related duties.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience working directly with company owners or directors is an added advantage.
- Background in military or uniformed services is an added advantage.
- Independent and capable of multitasking.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
