about the job

• Lead and develop the QA/QC team to guarantee the absolute execution and continuous optimization of the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Enforce absolute factory compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Ministry of Health (MOH) food safety regulations.
• Host and maintain year-round facility readiness for all internal, external, client, and statutory regulatory audits.
• Oversee comprehensive testing regimes spanning incoming raw materials, in-process assembly, finished products, and meticulous record traceability.
• Manage supplier quality governance through rigorous vendor audits, performance evaluations, and raw material conformity checks.
• Spearhead rapid customer complaint investigations, deploying deep-dive root cause analyses and airtight CAPA frameworks.
• Evaluate and report on monthly quality metrics and KPIs, delivering practical data insights during executive management reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional training on hygiene and food safety standards to embed a robust quality-first culture across all operational teams.
