• Oversee all online quality control and food safety activities, ensuring total alignment with factory standards and national regulatory requirements.
• Maintain, audit, and upgrade quality management systems including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and HALAL certifications, acting as the primary host for all external audits.
• Establish and manage robust inspection protocols spanning incoming raw materials, in-process production, final product verification, and container loading.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the QA/QC team to consistently smash daily quality targets and maintain top-tier product reliability.
• Spearhead deep-dive investigations into customer complaints and internal product failures, executing airtight corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all inspection, measuring, and laboratory testing equipment are precisely controlled, calibrated, and maintained.
• Drive regular site hygiene and housekeeping audits, while fully managing factory fumigation and pest control schedules.
