• Manage technical aspects of customer responses and communicate client needs to R&D teams.
• Capture and understand customer requirements to propose technical solutions and build internal business cases.
• Answer detailed RFI/RFP tenders and perform SWOT analysis on competitor products to influence technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and execute customer proof of concepts (POCs).
• Understand competitor offerings to assist the sales team with product positioning and differentiation.
• Work with Product Management and Marketing to develop unique product messaging and provide feedback from the field.
• Develop extensive customer relationships and technically qualify opportunities across the Asian region.

• A relevant technical degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Proven pre-sales engineering experience working alongside a sales team.
• Demonstrable background in Land Mobile Radio (TETRA).
• Open to consider candidate with pre-sales experience in either 4G/5G or other wireless communications.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven ability to confidently deliver technical presentations to various audience sizes.
• Experience in writing technical proposals and tenders.
• Willingness to travel regionally in Southeast Asia approximately 50% of the time, including some travel to the UK.
