In this position, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting operations and compliance frameworks for a rapidly growing venture.
Oversee full-cycle accounting activities including ledger management, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation.
Coordinate international tax compliance and external audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Manage statutory registrations, corporate secretarial coordination, and license renewals globally.
Supervise payroll operations, human resource administration, and modern software implementation.
Deploy artificial intelligence tools to automate recurring reports and improve workflow documentation.
skills and experience required
Minimum of six years of experience in finance and accounting with exposure to payroll administration.
Prior experience working within a startup or small-to-medium enterprise environment.
Proven capability in managing external service vendors, corporate secretaries, and auditors.
Practical knowledge of cloud accounting systems, preferably Xero, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
Strong digital literacy with an ability to use modern automated tools for workflow improvement.
