This role plays a key strategic part in expanding our commercial footprint across regional markets through field operations. You will be instrumental in delivering technical solutions and building lasting partnerships within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and manage client relationships across target industrial accounts.
- Deliver technical sales proposals, product demonstrations, and system presentations to engineering prospects.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership to hit established sales targets and territory objectives.
- Conduct regular on-site customer visits to assess operational requirements and recommend automation solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technical requirements within your assigned region.
- Ensure seamless post-sales support by coordinating between clients and technical project teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Control & Automation, Electrical, Electronic, or general engineering discipline.
- Preferred 1 to 2 years of technical sales experience; ambitious fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Self-driven mindset with a clear determination to learn, adapt, and build a successful sales career.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for active field travel.
