about the job
- To be responsible for SAP FICO enhancement, support & implementation (if any).
- To own SAP FICO operation as L2 or L3
- To ensure SAP FICO is operational and stable covering GL, AP, AR, CO-AA and other submodules.
- To manage a cross functional team eg SAP BASIS, SAP BW/BI, SAP HR & others (each team has their own team lead who report to this role)
- Act as escalation owner for complex and business-critical SAP incidents
- Lead, coach, and develop the local SAP operations team
- To manage SAP FICO daily operations including incident, problem, and change management
- To perform SAP FICO root cause analyses and ensure sustainable resolution
- To contribute SAP FICO hands-on to functional analysis, configuration, and quality assurance
- To ensure compliance with global standards, audit requirements, and governance
- To collaborate closely with HQ stakeholders and cross-functional IT team
about the manager/team
You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Project Manager, Key Business Users, Functional & other Technical Consultants within project implementation, enhancement / support role.
about requirements:
- Someone with at least 7 years of working experience in SAP FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with SAP FICO support project either in L2 or L3 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation on regional / global role of SAP FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an added advantage but not compulsary (ECC is welcome to apply).
- Someone with experience in either one of these cross functional modules ; SAP BASIS / SAP HR / SAP BW/BI / SAP ABAP is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is a functional role, not technofunctional).
- Someone with exposure on managing people is added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure on managing other cross functional / technical SAP consultant eg ; SAP BASIS / SAP HR / SAP BW/BI / SAP ABAP is added advantage but not compulsary (this is a core SAP FICO role with experience managing other functional / technical teams, not require to do hands-on ABAP / BASIS / HR/ BWBI).
- Someone with logistic or manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsary.
