about the job
- To be responsible for SAP enhancement, support & implementation (if any).
- To own SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO (depends on your core module) operation as L2 or L3.
- To ensure SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO (depends on your core module) is operational and stable.
- To manage a cross functional team eg SAP BASIS / SAP BW/BI / SAP HR / SAP ABAP / SAP FICO (each team has their own team lead who report to this role)
- Act as escalation owner for complex and business-critical SAP incidents
- Lead, coach, and develop the local SAP operations team
- To manage SAP daily operations including incident, problem, and change management
- To perform SAP root cause analyses and ensure sustainable resolution
- To contribute to SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO (depends on your core module) hands-on - functional analysis, configuration, and quality assurance
- To ensure compliance with global standards, audit requirements, and governance
- To collaborate closely with HQ stakeholders and cross-functional IT team
about the manager/team
This role is SAP Manager role which open for those with any modules background, preferably SAP FICO / SAP BW / SAP ABAP / SAP HR but not compulsary. This role focus on SAP Management capabilities + hands on configuration based on your core module. Each modules have their own team lead who will be reporting to you. You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Project Manager, Key Business Users, Functional & other Technical Consultants within project implementation, enhancement / support role.
about requirements:
- Someone with at least 7 years of working experience in SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO support project either in L2 or L3 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementation on regional / global role of SAP BW / BASIS / ABAP / HR / FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an added advantage but not compulsary (ECC is welcome to apply).
- Someone with experience in either one of these cross functional modules ; SAP BASIS / SAP HR / SAP BW/BI / SAP ABAP is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is a functional role, not technofunctional).
- Someone with exposure on managing people is added advantage but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure on managing other cross functional / technical SAP consultant eg ; SAP FICO / BASIS / SAP HR / SAP BW/BI / SAP ABAP is added advantage but not compulsary (this is a core SAP Manager role with experience managing other functional / technical teams, not require to do hands-on on modules which are not your core).
- Someone with logistic or manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsary.
