- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily service schedules to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and proper record-keeping.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. Conduct regular review meetings, handle inquiries or feedback, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Lead, train, and support operational staff. Oversee team scheduling, performance appraisals, on-the-job coaching, and logistics such as transportation or accommodation arrangements where applicable.
- Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality and rectify any service gaps. Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols to ensure a compliant and secure working environment.
- Support operational budget planning, track expenditure, and oversee site equipment, supplies, and materials to prevent shortages and optimize usage.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in service operations, team supervision, or account management—preferably within site, facility, or support service sectors.
- Practical understanding of standard workplace health and safety protocols (EHS).
- Familiarity with specialized site maintenance or exterior building upkeep is an advantage.
- Strong track record in supervising site staff, managing performance, conducting trainings, and handling team welfare.
- High proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Result-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with solid project management and client handling abilities in a fast-paced environment.
