Seeking a dynamic and highly capable Site Manager with a solid Civil & Structural (C&S) background to lead high-rise property development projects. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the daily execution, safety, and quality of the construction site from groundbreaking to handover.

• Oversee and manage all daily on-site construction activities, with a primary focus on C&S works for high-rise structures.
• Ensure all construction adheres strictly to structural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, manage sub-contractors, and swiftly resolve on-site technical issues to keep the project on schedule.
• Enforce stringent safety regulations to maintain a safe, zero-incident working environment.
