Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for key electronics manufacturing plants and local distributors in Penang.
- Visit factory floors to help production engineers troubleshoot manufacturing issues using specialized materials.
- Safeguard existing business accounts and protect market share against competitor alternatives.
- Partner with internal engineering teams to demonstrate and introduce new product upgrades to clients.
- Track sales targets, update account pipelines, and handle commercial price negotiations.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, process engineering, or electronics manufacturing.
- Basic working knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication or semiconductor packaging (OSAT).
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with client production engineers and plant managers.
