about the job
In this account management role, you will maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships across major financial institutions to drive consistent business engagement. This role reports to the Partner.
- Service established banking panel accounts by acting as the main point of contact for legal conveyancing and documentation enquiries.
- Conduct regular face-to-face engagements with bank mortgage managers and loan officers to keep key accounts active and engaged with the firm.
- Coordinate with internal legal operations teams to ensure smooth intake and processing of conveyancing cases.
- Maintain multi-level touchpoints across partner financial institutions to protect account retention and long-term partnership trust.
- Identify portfolio growth opportunities within assigned banking networks to support practice expansion.
