Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
- Drive branch revenue, sales performance, customer retention, and achievement of business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to maintain high standards of service, productivity, and performance.
- Oversee staff scheduling, operational processes, inventory, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing feedback and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with management on business strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives to grow the branch and strengthen the brand.
