Our client, a well-established player within the watches industry, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager (Watches) to lead the growth and development of its watch portfolio in Malaysia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a brand-focused professional who combines commercial acumen, luxury retail expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to drive both brand equity and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and commercial plans for the assigned watch portfolio in Malaysia.
• Drive sales, revenue and profitability through effective retail, wholesale and distribution strategies.
• Oversee brand positioning, marketing initiatives, product launches, campaigns and local activations in alignment with global/regional guidelines.
• Work closely with retail, merchandising, commercial, marketing and operations teams to maximise business performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, competitor activities and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors and other external stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through, product performance and assortment to optimise commercial results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with boutique and retail teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and client experience.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a strong commercial and performance-driven culture.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience within luxury watches or jewellery brands
• Proven experience in brand management, commercial management or retail business management, preferably within the watch industry.
