This regional role focuses on growing the market share of automated chemical synthesis equipment across APAC. You will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and run targeted marketing campaigns to support local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales and market share in underpenetrated territories across the APAC region.
- Manage the sales cycle for high-value lab equipment using a consultative approach.
- Organize and run technical seminars, webinars, and regional product exhibitions.
- Execute key account strategies to cross-sell solutions to existing clients.
- Train local account managers and technical staff on product benefits.
- Gather regional competitor insights to share with global product teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- At least 5 years of sales or product management experience in laboratory instruments.
- Proven track record of managing clients or territories within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and regional events.
- Experience presenting technical solutions and handling high-value capital equipment sales.
